Manager, HR & Learning and Development

Location: Visakhapatnam, India

Department: Human Resources

As a HR and Learning & Development manager, the incumbent will have wide scope in attaining the objectives of the organization, specifically in  the areas of recruitment, identifying training needs and supporting individual development plans. If you have a passion to work in a professionally managed industry to acquire and develop new talent, your passion shall have great place to grow.

Responsibilities:

HR Role:

  • To handle Talent acquisition and Talent management over all work
  • Preparation of HR dashboards, Employee Engagement presentations, etc.
  • Manage good employee relations and team development
  • MIS and other presentations to prepare and also to assist AVP HR
  • Assisting for Contractors Statutory Compliance and legal compliance of HR
  • Manage as Administrative role for software tools like Vehicle Management, Key Management, Visitor entry and Conference hall management.
  • New employee and contract employee’s induction schedule and introduction.
  • Preparation other reports on Night Visits, HR at doorstep, weekly presentations, etc.
  • Managing of Internships of students & Industrial visits of colleges.
  • Plant visits, Guests local visits assistance and arranging schedule and facilitating the same.
  • To handle Talent acquisition and Talent management over all work

L&D Role:

  • Identifying training needs in taking consensus of reporting managers and performance appraisals
  • Preparing the draft annual calendar and shall be reviewed by AVP – HR with approval of CEO
  • Coordinating the CGMP, SHE training programs in consultation with respective departments and conducting the employee development trainings as per schedule.
  • Designing and developing customized programs for specific requirement if any
  • External programmes organizing (in-house) within the budget sanctioned
  • Sponsoring employees to external trainings and its process
  • Coordinating and facilitating all the departments training programmes
  • Supporting development plans of individuals
  • Driving e- learning initiatives across the organization or other sort of tools as an alternative learning channel
  • Identifying and collaborating the trainers and meeting the training needs of the organization
  • Meeting the annual targeted training hours of employees
  • Maintaining the training records as per the “Employee training SOP”
  • Validated Learning Management System (VLMS) to be implemented
  • First line person for facing customer audits and regulatory audits like USFDA, EUGMP etc., 

Requirements:

  • Legal / Statutory enactments knowledge is essential
  • In depth HR knowledge with latest trends exposure is expected
  • SAP-HCM Time Management, SAP-EC module working experience required
  • Local language of Telugu speaking is an added advantage.
  • Should be proficient in MS Office
  • Should possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills,
  • MHRM, MBA with specialization in HR from reputed University.

 Experience: Experience in 10 -12 years from HR, L&D activities. Having core HR related experience is preferred.

Assistant Manager, Logistics

Location: Visakhapatnam, India

Department: Warehouse & Logistics

As a Logistics Manager, the incumbent will have wide scope of knowing in-bound and out-bound logistics with certain commercial specific transactions with Customs House Agent (CHA) will provide extensive exposure. Having passion to work in a professionally managed industry with Logistics and SEZ (Customs) related assignments will give wide scope of understanding about trade & regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire logistics and customs activities
  • Responsible for ensuring the products are delivered to the right location on time, to the quality required and in the most cost-effective way. Oversees the distribution and transportation of goods from the manufacturer to the
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations/customs regulations
  • The job needs to build knowledge about logistics and must be able to oversee these aspects and to assess impact of decision on the business of the company
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected with the logistics process like customs, CHA’s, etc,
  • Supervising inbound logistics (IBL) & outbound logistics (OBL) movement
  • Responsible for inbound, outbound and customs / VSEZ functional & online activities, and deals with shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure that and products are shipped appropriately to ensure quality of goods during transportation
  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
  • Maintaining freight percentage as per quality objective, planning routes and load scheduling for multidrug deliveries.
  • Generating sale invoices, Gate passes (NRGP &RGP’s), SEZ- imports, Bill of Entry, Zone to Zone transfers, DTA Sales, DTA Procurements, Sub-contracting, Temporary removals, CHA
  • Clearances of Hyderabad, Chennai, Bills processing are main day to day functions to handle.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in directing the logistic functions and negotiating with transporters, CHA or Liners for cost effective transport solutions
  • MBA Marketing & Finance/Logistics & Supply Chain Mgt., Degree with Logistics experience of minimum 5-10 years
  • Result-Oriented professional between 7-10 years of comprehensive experience in supply chain management
  • Good knowledge of analytical / comparison of Logistics cost
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Team-player, responsible, flexible and hands-on mentality
  • Must be a self-driver and proficient with MS Office
