As part of our talent management framework, we design developmental programs to support all our colleagues at all levels. For each employee, we draw up a development plan and develop a personal training plan based on the competency profile linked to the function. We offer introduction training, coaching and guidance, classroom-based trainings, e-learning courses and hands-on experience on the job, etc.

Training, either organized internally or externally, plays a very important role in your development at GOC. We use an advanced Learning Management System to follow your development closely. Your line manager will review your development plan at regular intervals with you.
